 The team has been heads-down working on our new indicators for zero-byte sessions that will help speed up connectivity diagnostics by making failed sessions instantly visible.

### **Why We Made These Changes**

Zero-byte sessions are a common connectivity issue that previously required time-consuming log analysis to identify, creating unnecessary complexity in [troubleshooting](https://onomondo.com/product/insight-tools/) workflows.

This visual addition to the [Network Logs](https://onomondo.com/blog/debugging-with-network-logs/) provides you with instant visibility, allowing you to instantly identify and review zero byte sessions without complexity.

### **What’s new**

Network Logs for individual SIMs now include visual indicators for zero-byte sessions, transforming a previously time-consuming diagnostic process into an instant visual scan.

When viewing individual SIM logs, any session that failed to transmit data will now display a red **0B** mark, helping you quickly identify and investigate connectivity issues without digging through packet-level data.

Available now on individual SIM pages within the platform.
