Tom collaborates with external partners and executive stakeholders to scale device deployment across international markets, helping grow Dojo’s footprint from hundreds to hundreds of thousands of payment terminals. With a background as a hands-on software engineer, he brings strong technical depth while maintaining a focus on scalability, reliability, and product outcomes.
