Michael Freundt Karlsen is the Co-founder of Onomondo, and spearheading the company’s largest strategic partnerships and long term strategy. A serial entrepreneur and former CFO of Playdead, he co-founded and launched Onomondo in 2018 with Henrik Aagaard to redefine IoT connectivity. Under his leadership as CEO up until early 2025, Onomondo expanded to over 180 countries, integrating with 600+ operators to offer seamless, secure, and scalable connectivity. Saïd Gharout is head of standards at Kigen. He is the chair of eSIM WG2 at GSMA in charge of all the Technical Specifications and the chair of the TCA IoT Remote SIM Provisioning working group. He's member of the Industry Specification Approval Group at GSMA. He has been involved in developing many standards related to IoT, eSIM and iSIM, and security in various organisations.

He is a thought-leader in Telecommunications and the Internet of Things and is widely quoted in trade publications and frequent speaker at conferences. Matt was formerly a Founder and the CEO of Machina Research, the world's leading IoT and Big Data analyst firm, which was acquired by Gartner in 2016. Prior to founding Machina Research, Matt was a technology industry analyst, working at firms including Analysys Mason and Yankee Group and holds an MSc in Telecoms from University College London.

Tom Usher leads the engineering teams behind Dojo’s in-person payment products, combining product-led engineering with deep expertise in payments and fintech. He oversees backend and mobile engineering, working closely with product, design, operations, and data to shape and execute Dojo’s in-person payments strategy. Tom collaborates with external partners and executive stakeholders to scale device deployment across international markets, helping grow Dojo’s footprint from hundreds to hundreds of thousands of payment terminals. With a background as a hands-on software engineer, he brings strong technical depth while maintaining a focus on scalability, reliability, and product outcomes.

Henrik Aagaard is the Chief Technology Officer and Co-founder of Onomondo. With a background in telecommunications and networking software, he co-founded Onomondo to solve the root causes of the world’s IoT connectivity challenges. Under his leadership Onomondo has transformed the way an IoT network can be structured, pioneering cloud native core architecture, full integrations to 600+ networks in 180+ countries, and truly innovative management features embracing a web-mindset in a telecom world. “Ask more from your network” is a popular phrase governing Henriks design attitude towards expanding the role and responsibility connectivity plays in IoT, something that is seen throughout the architecture of Onomondo. João Pedro Fonseca is a systems engineer and software architect at Onomondo with 5+ years designing, deploying, and maintaining cloud-native 5G/6G systems. He brings proven technical and management experience in EU-funded projects, DevOps automation, AI service integration, and deep expertise in telecom architecture and standards (3GPP, ETSI, O-RAN, TM Forum), having worked with leading European operators and vendors.
