With strong experience coordinating software development teams, Antanas combines deep technical expertise with a forward-looking interest in machine learning and its application within IoT. His work focuses on building secure, scalable, and future-ready network solutions.

He's member of the Industry Specification Approval Group at GSMA. He has been involved in developing many standards related to IoT, eSIM and iSIM, and security in various organisations.

He oversees backend and mobile engineering, working closely with product, design, operations, and data to shape and execute Dojo’s in-person payments strategy. Tom collaborates with external partners and executive stakeholders to scale device deployment across international markets, helping grow Dojo’s footprint from hundreds to hundreds of thousands of payment terminals. With a background as a hands-on software engineer, he brings strong technical depth while maintaining a focus on scalability, reliability, and product outcomes.
