Release Notes: SoftSIM Quectel Integration: EG25-GL & EG21-G

Introducing our newest SoftSIM integration. Onomondo SoftSIM now works seamlessly with Quectel’s EG-21-G and EG-25-GL modules. That means you can connect your devices to Onomondo’s global network without physical SIM cards.

Why?

Integrating Onomondo SoftSIM with Quectel EG-21-G and EG-25-GL modules removes the need for a physical SIM. This solution simplifies your operations, cuts costs, and speeds up development. With fewer hardware dependencies, you can scale faster, reduce logistics complexity, and focus on building IoT devices that are more efficient—both in terms of cost and battery performance.
