MFA, download SIM usage data, and updated platform user edit rights
Platform security is very important to us, so this month we launched MFA (also known as 2FA) on our platform. MFA is ideal as it ensures only rightful account owners have access, even in the event of passwords being compromised.
We launched the option for you to download SIM usage data as CSV files, enabling integration into your preferred program. Also, we have updated user permissions for network lists.
What’s new in this update
Introducing Multi-Factor Authentication

We have made further improvements on platform security with the addition of MFA. You can configure your MFA by accessing your settings in the platform and scan the provided QR code using your preferred authentication app (such as Google Authenticator, 1Password, or Authy), or you can enter the provided security key manually. After that just copy and paste the app code into the platform.
Download usage CSV
Previously, users were only able to access their data usage information through APIs or Webhooks, but with this launch we provide the option to download this data as a CSV file, making it easier to use in your preferred programs.
The following details are included in the file:
- SIM ID
- ICCID
- Time
- Aggregated access charge
- Aggregated tech fee
- Aggregated SMS cost
- Aggregated bytes cost
- Aggregated bytes
- Aggregated billable bytes
To download this data, go to the Usage page and select the month for which you need the data.
Platform user editing rights
Users on Member level now have different editing rights, making platform access control more customizable.
Users with Member access will have different editing rights for network lists. You can grant Read access for a specific network list, then that user will still be able to view network lists but have no editing rights. If you grant Write access, then the user will be given permission to change everything except tags, which you can learn more about here.
This change will not allow Members to change, create, or duplicate network lists.
