Zero Byte Session Indicator in Network Logs

The team has been heads-down working on our new indicators for zero-byte sessions that will help speed up connectivity diagnostics by making failed sessions instantly visible.

Why We Made These Changes

Zero-byte sessions are a common connectivity issue that previously required time-consuming log analysis to identify, creating unnecessary complexity in troubleshooting workflows.

This visual addition to the Network Logs provides you with instant visibility, allowing you to instantly identify and review zero byte sessions without complexity.

What’s new

Network Logs for individual SIMs now include visual indicators for zero-byte sessions, transforming a previously time-consuming diagnostic process into an instant visual scan.

When viewing individual SIM logs, any session that failed to transmit data will now display a red 0B mark, helping you quickly identify and investigate connectivity issues without digging through packet-level data.

Available now on individual SIM pages within the platform.
