Validated indicates that a network has been independently tested and proven to function at the time of the test. These networks are not covered by SLA.

Why use NB-IoT

NB-IoT stands for Narrowband Internet of Things. It is a low power wide area technology developed specifically for IoT connectivity.

Low-cost IoT
NB-IoT is ideal for low-cost IoT projects. Devices can be less complex in order to reduce device costs and to minimise battery consumption.
eDRX power savings
Extended Discontinuous Reception (eDRX) is a LPWA network feature that lets devices connect only when they need to. Outcome is power savings and longer lasting battery.
PSM power savings
Power Saving Mode (PSM) is a feature provided in some LPWA networks. It puts devices to sleep between transmissions, which reduces battery usage.
Deep coverage
NB-IoT provides LPWA IoT connectivity in hard-to-reach areas by being able to penetrate through walls, basements and other areas with ease.
A network for growth
The best global coverage with one profile, one APN, and full visibility with our Core Network. Our profiles work on UICC and eUICC (eSIM) standards.
Platform and API
Control and monitor your entire IoT deployment via the Onomondo Platform or API, with Wireshark-like monitoring, signalling, and data logs.

“I liked Onomondo’s tech-savvy approach to IoT connectivity. The service is built the way I’d imagined it should be built, and it seemed like a great match for our use case. The pricing model made sense, too. And it’s been very easy to work with the Onomondo team. They talk about things directly, as they are.”
